Common Concerns? Already Solved.

Not at all. No developer needed. Just map your fields, and you’re good to go. We’ll even recommend default mappings for common use cases.

You decide what to sync. Map only what’s essential, and leave the rest in Givecloud. Data can be mapped to custom fields in Salesforce.

No. Recurring donations update automatically. If a donor updates a gift in Givecloud or changes their payment method, it flows to Salesforce—no double entry.

It’s included. We don’t charge extra for the integration.

When a donation is received, Givecloud will look for a Contact in Salesforce with the same email address. If a match is found, Givecloud will sync the donation to that Contact. If a match is not found, a new Contact will be created.

Givecloud is robust in what it can offer for fundraising and ecommerce tools, but what our organization has benefited most from in the past 18 months of implementing is: a directly integrated service with our current CRM and processing gateway which can also integrate with other gateways and payment methods, not previously available with our other vendor.
